1. Service Provider

TrackJi is a product of Posttech Internet Solution.

2. TrackJi Service

TrackJi provides software for asset identification, tracking, traceability, workflow updates, lifecycle records and related operational functions.

Available functionality may depend on the selected plan, deployment configuration and any separately agreed commercial requirements.

3. Accounts and Access

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when creating or using an account and for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Customers are responsible for activities performed through accounts and users authorised by them.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

TrackJi may offer free, monthly, annual and custom enterprise plans. Current standard plan information is published on the Pricing page.

Paid plans are billed according to the billing cycle selected at the time of purchase or otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of applicable GST unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. Annual Subscriptions

Where an annual plan is selected, the applicable annual subscription amount is payable for the full annual subscription period.

6. Acceptable Use

Customers must use TrackJi only for lawful business purposes and must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the operation of the service, or use the service in violation of applicable law.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, or comply with legal requirements.

7. Customer Data

Customers remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and appropriateness of data submitted to TrackJi through their accounts.

Information submitted through TrackJi is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and Changes

We may maintain, update, improve or modify TrackJi from time to time. Temporary interruption may occur because of maintenance, infrastructure issues, security requirements or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may also modify plans, features or pricing prospectively. Changes affecting an existing paid subscription period will be handled according to the applicable commercial terms.

9. Physical QR Code Tags

Physical QR code tags and TrackJi software subscriptions are separate products unless they are specifically bundled together in a written quotation, order or commercial agreement.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

TrackJi software, website content, branding, designs and related intellectual property remain the property of Posttech Internet Solution or their respective rights holders. Use of the service does not transfer ownership of such intellectual property to the customer.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Posttech Internet Solution will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, TrackJi. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded will remain subject to applicable law and any separately agreed written commercial terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
